How do I find my purpose?
I estimate that whether it is young or old, they are more or less anxious about not finding their goals. No one is born to find their long-term goals as soon as they enter the workplace. Most of the time, goals are found halfway through. .
It may be that you have met someone you want to be, or you may have seen something you want to do.
I want to clarify 3 thinking ideas with you here:
1) Finding goals is not as good as establishing goals
For most college-going 20-year-olds, or 40-year-olds struggling at work, finding long-term goals is more about ending frustration than realizing value in life.
Many times, to achieve career goals, most people have to make their work meaningful, which is just as important as finding meaning in their work.
That is, you need to establish a life purpose, not find it.
Basically, all work will have its own iconic goals, such as how many KPIs to complete and where the project is going. On this basis, you should consider whether what you are doing is what you want to do, or whether Does it really make sense?
